Not getting emails from Mailchimp

Hello,

On this site https://birthdaypresence.com/ we have Mailchimp connected to Convert Plus (we built the sign up form in Convert Plus). It appears to work on the site but we never get the emails. Do you know if this is an issue with Pro or Mailchimp?

Try to check if subscirbers are being added to your mailchimp list. If not, please check the following.
