No confirmation message after pressing button

Dear reader,

I have installed email forms connected to mailchimp, but when I try to subscribe the button goes grey with a ‘stop sign like cursor’

the api is connected and sometimes people do get an email when subscribed…

Is there anything I haven’t done correctly

Thanks for posting in! We were able to reproduce this issue on our installation and I also added this to our issue tracker. For the meantime, you can try another alternative like ConvertPlus. Please check it here https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/extension-convertplus/66

Then simply add the Convertplus as shortcode as well.

Thank you for your suggestion, however in the mean time I have used mailchimps default pop up subscribe form which works like a charm.
