What is the best way, to make a site multilingual? WPML?

Thanks for writing in! Most commonly used plugin by the members are WPML plugin (https://wpml.org/). Polylang plugin is a free alternative option (https://wordpress.org/plugins/polylang/) but there could be incompatibility issues.
