As you can see from the topic title, we’re having a couple issues with our website - http://www.northstarfamily.org

The first, we noticed recently that if we try to pull up our site on a mobile device, the drop down menu is not working. When we tap on it, nothing opens up. I asked a web developer who found the browser console says window.csGlobal.collapse is not a function in the file x-body.min.js at http://northstarfamily.org/wp-content/themes/x/framework/js/dist/site/x-body.min.js so he thinks we may need a fix from the X theme team.

Second, we’ve discovered that Google Analytics aren’t working. This was an issue a few months ago when we were having difficulty making updates to our homepage, but seems to have cropped up again. Could these two issues be related?

I haven’t seen any updates come across our dashboard as they usually do, so I’m not aware of any changes that may have been made lately to plugins or the theme in general.

I checked the website and can confirm that mobile menu is not working. Reason why mobile menu might not be working is because you are using incompatible version of X Theme and Cornerstone. As of now I see that you are using X Theme 6.0.4 and Cornerstone 3.1.6 which are incompatible. Please update X Theme to the most recent version 6.1.6 and see how it goes.

Before doing so, it’s advisable to take a complete backup and test the update on a staging server. I am sharing few resources that you can refer:

Google Analytics: Please make sure that you are using latest version of Google Analytics plugin. Now you just need to enter Google Analytics Id to integrate Google Analytics. Here is a tutorial that you can take a look.
