Hi there. I had my X theme connected to my staging site, and I’d like for it to be valid also for the production site. I can get to the “My Licenses” page and it seems like it should be simple enough, but I don’t see an option to save the changes so that I can validate my X theme on the production site.

Go to your Apex account and in the licenses page: https://theme.co/apex/licenses

Click the pencil icon:

To save your changes, please click the check icon.

Thank you! I’ll give it a try. That’s what I thought I did, but in trying to validate the X theme back in my wordpress site, it still wouldn’t let me.

To validate X properly, please do the following:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license (https://theme.co/apex/licenses). You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X > Validation again, and insert the license code.

If nothing is helping, please provide us the site url and your credentials so that we can validate it for you.
