I’m having trouble with my website navigation. Once it reduces width to mobile screen it keeps the navigation collapsed. I tried with CSS changes but it stays collapsed.

Thanks for asking. 
Upon logging I can see that you have activated child theme. I tried to navigate around the folder structure and can see that you have customized the navigation section. I activated the parent theme and mobile menu was working fine. I am sharing the screencast. Please make sure that you are not using old code structures. For some guidance, you can take a look at following thread.
As it’s a custom development work that’s been done, it falls outside the scope of support we can offer.
