Hi,

I need to add a checkbox field to the form because in Europe before subscribe a newsletter the customers have to flag a privacy policy checkbox

Is possible to add this field in mail forms?

No, unfortunately, it is not possible to do so. You can consider checking the ConvertPlus plugin. It is a complicated one and has a little bit of learning curve, but after you get the hang of it you will see the strength of the plugin.
