Hello

I have problem with jumping to section on same page

I have set ID
I have paste link> #name
I have set One Page Navigation

But still not working

You can find it here: the menu is located in second section - close to the video…

Thanks for writing in!

I can see the other menu items are working just fine only the first item is not working.
Can you please change the ID name to a smaller letter and test it again. If that doesn’t help please send us your login details in a secure note so that we can have a look.

Can I send login here? It is private?

On my computer it is not working…
I have tried to check on second pc… but the second one is tablet. And it looks any of this bottoms work on touch screen…

This could mean your host’s database server is down. If you’re unsure of the issue you should probably contact your host.

I checked your page and I see couple of issues with your setup. Please check for the following first:

  1. I see you’re using an outdated version of Cornerstone, always make sure to update both X and Cornerstone to avoid such conflicts and potential errors. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

  2. I see you’re using a cache plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.

  3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  4. The are many errors on that page you shared, please test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  5. Remove custom CSS, JavaScript and deactivate your child theme and switch to parent theme.

But where can I download Cornerstone? I can only see X in dashboard

Cornerstone will automatically install when you navigate to WP Dashboard > X

Hi

I have installed newest version of X 6.0.4. But the cornerstone have not been automatically updated…
Installed version is 2.1.7 and I can see in plugins that newer version is available but not possible to install automatically

Hi again,

Make sure your site is validated, if it isn’t then Cornerstone won’t be installed automatically or any other extension won’t be unlocked please see https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-product-validation/55 upon successful validation Cornerstone will install automatically or in WP Dashboard navigate to X to install the Cornerstone. You probably need to wait for a while in there until the installation is finished.
