Hi;
I cannot validate the license/Purchase Code on http://shanorgroup.com . It says that I am already using the number (which I obtained from the apex listing of my licenses) for another site. Can you help me clear this up?

Thanks for writing in!

I checked the licence manager page and looks like you haven’t added shanorgroup.com in URL license manager. Probably you are using a licence number that’s already assigned to a different URL. I see shanorgroup in the notes section but over there it’s assigned to a different URL. Please see the screenshot in secure note.

Please add correct URL and then proceed to validate. Please take a look at following resource to learn more.
