License (Purchase) Code Not Accepted

My license code is not accepted so I can not unlock templates… with my purchase code. Failure message below

We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.

Hi Michael,

Thank you for writing in, I see you have 1 X license on your account, but I don’t see you assign it to a domain.

Please navigate to your Licenses page and assign a domain (production site) to your license.



Then try to validate your site again. Product Validation

if that did not work, please provide us login credentials in a Secure note so we can take a closer look.
