We bought a new license of x-Theme today (11-16-19) and installed it and Cornerstone without issues. But when we saw the “This X license is not validated” and clicked "Fix, the site won’t take the “Item Purchase Code”. Please advise.

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your license and it is not assigned to any domain url. Because of this, it will not validate the X theme installed in your site. To validate X properly, please do the following:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license (https://theme.co/apex/licenses). You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X > Validation, and insert the license code.

We have gone to https://theme.co/apex/licenses/ and added the website and then returned to the validation page and added the license key but still no success.

I’m sorry you’re still having this issue. I’ve tested the code by temporarily changing the site URL to one of my sites and it is working on here. There might be an issue with your server trying to communicate with our validation system. Would you mind sharing the login credentials in a secure note? This would help use take a closer look at what is going on. Thanks!
