License of X theme not validated

Hi,
When we enter the license code for X theme, we are getting an error as “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”

But we did not use the license code for any other website. Can you help us on this?

Please go to your licenses page and check the domains you assigned your license to.

Do they match the domain of the site you’re trying to validate? If yes, please try revoking or un-assigning the sites and reassign again. If you’re unsure how to do that, please see the instruction here. Scroll down to the Un-assigning a site section.
