License not working for me

I am trying to use X PRO with my license for http://jewelry.annetteferdinandsendesign.com, but I am getting this error message, “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.” I don’t believe that I have assigned this purchase to another site and when I try and assign it to http://jewelry.annetteferdinandsendesign.com I still get the same error message. Can you help? I am a good customer :slight_smile:

Hi James,

Please try to disable all the plugins then try to validate the site.

If you are still unable to validate, kindly indicate the license key that you are trying to use and the admin details of your site in a Secure Note so that we can check it.

I could not get in using the credentials you’ve posted. Please check and also see the secure note for additional details.

Please go to your licenses page and double check your assigned sites. If you’ve assigned the wrong site for you license, you can un-assign it. You can see the instructions at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-product-validation/55

Hello James,

This ticket is showing up in the unresolved list of the tickets in the queue. Have you updated any information? I tried the login details you have shared but I am getting ERROR: Invalid username. Lost your password? message. Can you please confirm the login details for us to take a closer look?

Thank you so much! That has fixed it. I had the test URL in there and the way it cut off the end of the URL it looked like it was the correct URL :open_mouth: I appreciate your help. Best wishes, J
