Hello, I bought a X Theme license and entered the envato purchase code in Wordpress, and everything worked. Now I connected another domain with this Wordpress website, and it says “Your license of X is not validated”. When I enter the code, it says “this code is already used.” What can I do?

What do you mean by connecting another domain to your website? Do you mean a multi-site? If yes, then it should be only validated on the root or main site (the one you first installed before you turn it into multi site. And the error says it’s not validated and not invalid.

Hi, thanks for the quick response. I bought a domain at 1&1 and I connected it to my Wordpress website, as I changed the nameservers in 1&1. Since I did that, it says “Your license of X is not validated”.

Upon checking your license page, I could see that the license are assigned to this website:

And it’s redirecting to this website: https://waytowin.eu/.
So your license key should be assigned to the https://waytowin.eu/.

Hello There,
To validate X properly, please do the following:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license (https://theme.co/apex/licenses). You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X > Overview again, and insert the license code.
