Issues Activating X Theme

I have attempted to input my purchase code into the X Theme which I have purchased however it says it is already assigned to an installed website.

I have logged into apex and have the same issue.

How do i contact support to get this sorted?

This sounds like you have already assign your license code to a domain name.
​To validate your X theme properly, please do the following:
1] Please login to your apex account and assign the license (https://theme.co/apex/licenses). You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X > Overview again, and insert the license again.

It is not working. It is saying the theme is associated to another account which cannot be the case in that i purchased the theme with the same email address i am using now for this apex account.

Please can you advise on how I can access actual customer support because it will prove difficult providing details through a forum!

Hi there,

Kindly go to your Licenses page and see the domain you have set for the purchase key. Check if it is set correctly.

To test you can remove that domain completely and add it again.

For more detailed inspection we will need the URL/User/Pass of your Wordpress dashboard given to us using the Secure Note functionality of the theme.

I am unsure as to what you mean. I have purchased the theme and paid in full. It is not assigned to any domain. Is their a technical support number to speak to support on as this online service isn’t working for me.

Would it be easier to request a refund from my bank and replace the order!
