Is it possible to put this e mail sign up banner in using cornerstone (or any other way?)

Hi, I would like to put this kind of e mail sign up on my homepage (full length accross the homepage screen- linear with the name boxes next to each other not stacked in a nice skinny box). Can i do this in corenrstone as I cant see how and I dont recall seeing this in any demos either.

First of all, you need to install Contact Form 7 Plugin, to have form element in Cornerstone :slight_smile:
