Installed Theme, but does not look same on WP, help?

I purchased “X” Theme and downloaded it to WP, However, it does not look the same, it is blank.
How to fix?

Thanks for writing in!

I checked the licence manager page and it seems that you haven’t added the website URL which also means that validation is not completed yet. As you have not validated the theme, you won’t be able to import the demo contents. Please complete the validation process and then you can import the demo contents to start up the development process of website.
