Would you mind mentioning where are you getting this message? Are you seeing it when you are trying to install X from the admin area or through FTP?

If you are seeing this issue in the admin area, it could be because of the file and folder permissions so kindly double check them.

Hi @Amerson2015,

As the message says could not copy, I suggest that you check the possible causes below:

  • Make sure that you have correct permissions for your WordPress installation. You can share this article with your hosting service provider and ask them to set the file permissions accordingly.
  • Use an FTP client to access your website files and go to wp-content/themes/. If you see the x folder, please delete that folder completely and do the installation as mentioned here.
