Instagram on Essential Grid says "Instagram reports: Please check the settings"

Hi
I’ve looked through the forum and I can see that other people have had a problem with the instagram feed in Essential Grid that is now resolved.

It is not working for me on a few sites


are just 2 of them.

I’ve updated everything on the sites.

Is there something I should be doing?

It looks like you are using Essential grid version 2.1.6.2. As of now the latest supported version of Essential Grid is 2.1.6.2.1. Please update the plugin and let us know how it goes. Please make sure to clear cache.

Hi There,

I don’t see it on desktop versions as well. Upon further investigating, it seems to be related to caching. Could you please try purging your server cache, disable CSS minification and test. If not, try disabling your caching plugin.

thank you - it is something in the settings, I deactivated w3 Cache and it works fine. I’ll play around with them, thank you so much for finding out where the problem came from!
