Hello, I used the revolution slider for several pages but the image layers not always show on a mobile smart phone. If I refresh the apear but not always.

Image layers of the revolution slider don’t always show on mobile smart phone, desktop is oke. Images on the top don’t show , like cloud images and text layer, when I refresh the somtimes show again but not always.

Hi Rad,

I have been testing with Safari on a I Phone 5, I Phone 6, and I Phone 7
please see screen shots, clouds and products are not showing, even a footer slider shows no produts at all only clouds.

Hello There,

Thank you for sending us the screenshot. This could just be a caching issue. Since you have installed a caching plugin Comet Cache, please clear your plugin cache first. This can cause the changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately.

And lastly, please clear your mobile phone’s browser cache. It would be best if you use private browsing mode and finally test your site again.

When I work on revolution slider I always clear the Comet Cache, also I always clear my mobile phone’s browser cache, so I don’t think it is a caching issue. maybe it’s a indication that only the images and text ,layers on the top of slider don’t apear.

I’m able to replicate it now, that is when I clear the browser cache or use a private browser for the first time. And that’s because it takes time for the browser to download those images and other assets from your site.

I suggest using CDN like CloudFlare to serve your assets and images for faster loading. You could also try enabling your slider lazyloading feature (https://www.themepunch.com/revsliderjquery-doc/preloader-lazy-loading/). I can’t confirm it since your provided login credentials have no full admin capability, I can’t access your sliders.

Hi there,

I have enabled the leazy loading feature for all slides, somehow the video brochure slider works perfect on smart phone http://www.flowdivision.com/video-brochures-2/ but slides like http://www.flowdivision.com/usb-memory-producten/ keep on giving problems.

Please find login credentials withfull admin capability for checking my settings,

I much apriciate your effort,I cant have sliders not working propely, because this makes the whole site look onprofessional,

I checked and I think you should use CDN (like CloudFlare). The slider on that page has the size of almost 500kb, then multiply it by 2 or 3 depending on how many sliders you have on your page. Even with lazyloading, it’s still a bit slow when it loads and not instant.

You can check your site’s performance here https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/dhCoX6/http://www.flowdivision.com/usb-memory-producten/, the total size is 3mb and it loads about 7 seconds. And if you’ll check the Content Size result, you’ll see this Image 73.5 % 2.22 MB which indicates that 73% of that page are images. With many images, I think it’s best to use CDN.
