I revoke my theme x licence and i reassigned a new url but it doesn´t work

I did my WP in a local page. Then I copied and assigned to another url. So I need to keep using the X Theme but i had to revoke and reassign the X Theme licence.
After do it this doesnt work correctly. It seems like licence hasn´t been activated.

Anyone knows what is happening?
