How to validate staging site license?

I cannot validate xtheme on my staging site.

Hi there,

If you go to the licenses page on your Themeco Dashboard you will see that for each purchase key you have the option to add the Production and Staging version of the website.

Add the URL of the staging website in the Staging section and follow the same steps you would do to validate the product for the staging installation of the WordPress:

PS how can i provide my login details without having them shown public?

I have set up my staging site URL and my production site URL is working, but when I try to validate my staging site, I get the following error: “Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details.”

Anything else I can try?
