How to make a gap (or column) clickable as link

Hello team, I have a section with 4 columns. Each column has a photo as a bg and I have added a gap to make them large since I only need the bg to be visible, nothing else. I want to make them linkable to different pages in the website so when someone hovers on the column, he can click. I have tried so many things that I found in the forum and none of it works at all. I also was thinking to make the gap a linkable element but I am not finding any information for this too. Can you help me please? Thanks in advance!

Hi Nick,

Thank you for reaching out to us. For the clickable columns tou can try following the following threads https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/column-links/146515 or https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/how-to-make-my-column-link-to-another-page/7208/43

Please note that the code provided in the suggested thread serves as a guide only and is to help you in getting started so implementing it and maintaining the code will be out of our support scope and for further maintenance for new possible versions of the theme that may cause the customization to break, you will need to hire a developer.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for your reply! I found those threads before and I have tried everything with the correct ID names and links and again, none of this works.

Sorry for that, It worked and really thanks for the support! I was doing a minor mistake for so long now, I deleted a bracket. Damn, I am trying for more than 5 hours this specific thing and now it feels so good!

For anyone else that wants to do it,
This is the golden thread that helped me: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/how-to-make-my-column-link-to-another-page/7208/4

Thank you! @Nabeel @RueNel
