How to Have Bar above Menu

I am trying to create a bar at the top of my page website like the page below. Their’s is in orange and says, “July’s Workshops Sold Out” How do I do this?

This is easy to implement using the ConvertPlus plugin that comes bundled with X and Pro.

Please go to X > Validation > Extensions section. You can find the ConvertPlus and install it to your site.
