How to get categories to show in shop?

Categories are not appearing in my Shop page. Items show, but are unclassified. I’m sure I’ve missed one or more steps, but I’m clueless as to what they are. Categories DO appear in my View Site" link at the top of the WP dashboard, but no products show there. What could be wrong?

I could not be able to know what you missed or something that could cause this problem. Would you mind sharing us your admin credentials so we could check your setup closer. Don’t forget to set in a secure note.

Thanks for getting back to me. I had a look at the article, but it doesn’t seem to address my issue. I’d be grateful if you can have a look and see what’s wrong. I’m including my log in info in a secure note. Thank you.
