How to edit the post page and all the elements

Hi, check the up 3 pic, so question is how could I edit the post page, and the elements, like the background and the word color and the slider image, anything. And I saw the celection Layout>Use Global Content Layout, is that mean I should edit that, but where to edit it. I am so confused…Thanks very much.

Hi,

Please note that the blog page is not editable with Cornerstone. It will be automatically populated with your posts.

You can edit the layout under Theme Options > Ethos and Theme Options > Blog
