Hello, I have been having some issues with my X theme and also with the slider, I loged into here and was offered the upgrade to Pro? can someone please explain how I install it and get started

This could be coming from a plugin. There is nothing to worry about since this is just a PHP warning. You can get rid of this by disabling your debug mode. You can do this by opening wp-config.php and adding
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
When you revisit the page, you should no longer be seeing the PHP notice above your site.
What seems to be the issue with your slider, care to share some more details? Meanwhile, if you have upgraded to Pro, you will need to download Pro theme from your dashboard (https://theme.co/apex/dashboard) and install it like a normal WP theme and activate it. Keep in mind that X and Pro theme are two separate and independent theme. Installing Pro theme will be just like the way you have installed the X theme.
