GoogleAds Site Tag - Where?

Trying to add a Google Site tag to my site and I am not sure where to do that. I am in the Theme editor, but am not seeing the markers they said to place it between. I am using XTheme PRO.

Thank you for writing in, you can utilize the Google Analytics extension, you only need your Google Analytics ID and not the entire code you provided.

You can install extensions under Pro > Validation > Extensions

If you want to add the Global site tag code manually, please follow this thread here.
