We have a pop-up in our sticky header, but is there a way to have the pop-up come from the bottom/footer area rather than the top?
In addition, is there a way to also enable a pop-up modal for a form within this area?

Thanks for writing in! You maybe referring to the infobar. I would recommend that you install ConvertPlus so that you can have infobar at the top or the bottom of the page. You can also set up a modal form with this ConvertPlus plugin. You can install this by going to X > Validation > Extensions.
