Follow up on menu nav, getting missing element url error

Thanks @Jade looks like we are getting close… but ugh, I can’t find “Navigation Dropdown, or Navigation Collapsed, or the Navigation Layered” in the header area:

When I click ELEMENTS I get an error page

What do you suggest:

Thanks for updating in!

To resolve this, please go to Settings > Permalinks and hit the Save Changes button even if you did not make any changes just to update the permalink settings.

Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks but it didn’t work.
Here’s what my settings in permalinks look like (where i clicked save as instructed.)

Here’s the path I follow ending with the error:

  1. click “header”
  2. click “launch header builder”
  3. click “edit” on my active menu (in this case=“copy of start blank”)
  4. click magnifying glass for container 1 with menu nav
  5. click elements
  6. I see the elements for a half second then get this page http://coloringcrypto.com/headers/496/elements

I have logged in and I was able to resolved the issue. It turns out that there is /index.php in your permalinks, Settings > Permalink. . It is already removed and now it is working.

Please check your site now.
