This has been going on and Hostgator can’t seem to solve it for me. Can you advise? Every time I search for a topic it shows me multiple of the blog post

Thank you for writing in, what version of X and Cornerstone do you have? I believe this was a bug before but it has already been fixed with the Pro 3.0.0 / X 7.0.0, and Cornerstone 4.0.0 release. Please update to the latest version.
