Unfortunately the filter is not triggering anything on my iPhone. My friends are having the same problem.
Can you help me find the issue causing this situation?

Have you tried testing for a plugin conflict? If not, you can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Also test removing custom CSS and Javascript and template modifications if any.

I have a similar problem but only with “order by” button on THE GRID. The selection pops out on my mobile devices (the parameter is “Date”) and when I hit the chevron nothing happens.
Tested the plugins and I don’t have any custom CSS an JS that could impact this function.

I just checked it and the order by sorting works, and it’s done by selecting the order and chevron icon. Perhaps you could try it in another PC and Browser?

I’ve tried it on Samsung mobile, Nexus and IPhone, I confirm that the sort by date doesn’t function on the mobile. Yes the chevron changes as I press but the articles doesn’t get sorted.

I checked your website and could recreate the problem on iPhone SE. Would you please kindly do us a favor and add another field to Order By section other than Date and test? I want to check if this happens when only one option is there or it is not working on all cases.
Either way, we will inform the case to our developers and they will be in contact with The Grid plugin developers. As you may already know we bundle the plugin but not the original coder of it. So the fix should be released from their side.

There are other issues that I’m having with the grid:
Lately when I create a new post (with the same procedure as all the previous posts > cornerstone) the text excerpt, under the news title is gone. You can see in the previous post there is text under the title (before 31/07/2017).

Also when I click on the category tag right next to the article date there is a layout that appears and I cannot find a way to edit it: http://www.mediana.com/category/delibere/. Also here there is no text excerpt under every title and also there is no “Read more” button under every news. Some text is in english.
I’ve introduced a new field to Order By section > title and that one seams to work on IPhone. I wanted to know if it is possible to translate these sorting filters?

Hi Anita,
Please use manual excerpt when using Cornerstone on post. You can do that by editing your post, then go to Screen Options on the very top of your post, then enable Excerpt. Then scroll down until you find excerpt section where you can input texts manually.
Regarding the category page excerpt, it will display excerpt once you have added manual excerpts on those post. Archive pages content like those category page are controlled by a template. That is how it works in wordpress by default. It cannot be edited using any page builder.
