Error after updating X theme

I now get this message when I try to access my website (test.worldhorizonsusa.org)

Fatal error: Call to undefined function x_get_stack() in /home/cwctroy/test.worldhorizonsusa.org/wp-content/themes/x/template-blank-4.php on line 17

How can I resolve this without losing my website?

I’m concerned that if I do this I will lose all of the formatting I have done on my website. Will I have to completely redesign my website if I do this?

All of your content and settings are stored in the WordPress database. It’s perfectly safe to delete the theme files themselves and reinstall them. This is essentially the process done automatically whenever an update happens.
