Email Forms Plugin Issue

Hi there,

Is it possible to show a warning within the email forms plugin when an email address is already in the database?

At the moment it doesn’t do anything if the email is already in the list. It only works with new emails and doesn’t respond to deleted emails.

We are using Pro + Email Forms + Mailchimp

Hi Kyle,

This is actually a known bug for the email form plugin that is already added to our issue tracker.

It should be fixed in upcoming updates.

Hi Kyle,

Regretfully we can not provide an ETA on when this error will be fix, rest assured that it is already on our issue tracker.

You can also utilize the ConvertPlus extension for integrating a form, its a bit overkill though if you only need a basic form.

You can also, create/generate a form on MailChimp and integrate that to your site, using the Content Area element for adding the code.
