We are using the Pro Email Forms Add. We use Mailchimp.
There are two places on the site that use the forms.
Homepage: https://getboober.com/ uses [tco_subscribe form=“311”]
Once you’ve filled out the form and click submit, the button goes dull and there’s a weird circle with a line through it which makes it seem like the email wasn’t correctly submitted. What is more the message that should read “Thank you! Check your email” doesn’t appear.

This form is supposed to redirect the user to https://getboober.com/refer-a-friend-discount/ but nothing happens when you click submit (same as the homepage) We’ve tried using both shortcodes below and they react the same way.

Mailchimp is correctly integrated - or so I believe.
