Thank you for writing in, that is not an Element. That is an Extension you can install it under X > Overview > Extensions

Just wanted to ask additionally, How can I add this one on the page using cornerstone?
I just can’t find how to do it.

Hi there,

Kindly go to X > Email Forms and add the email form with proper options there. Then again go to X > Email Forms and you will see the form listed which also has a shortcode:

Copy that shortcode. Then go to the page and use Cornerstone Classic Raw Element and add the shortcode inside that element:

The Email Forms plugin does not have a dedicated element for the Cornerstone. For more detailed information kindly read this article:
