Hi, every time I try to change the Email List section to a ConvertKit form list and update it, it says post updated but it goes back to the Mailchimp list. Can you advise? Thanks.

Thank you for writing in, can you confirm that you configure and linked the Email Form to your ConvertKit account?
And please clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) if you made some updating/changes recently, so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
