E&P Form Builder Issues

Hello,
I am having several issues with E&P Form Builder:

  1. I deleted one link between steps and all of the links between steps disappeared.
  2. When I make a duplicate of a form, the layered images do not duplicate along with it. Therefore, all of the layered images need to be re-linked. This is a significant amount of work.
  3. There is random lag time to select some of the buttons.

Is there an update or at least some detailed documentation for this Extension. The is nothing at
http://www.wordpress-estimation-payment-forms.com/documentation/ that addresses trouble-shooting.
