Is it possible to build a dropdown full with nav like in this screenshot?

Thanks for writing in! With the default navbar or using the navigation elements in Pro custom header builder, you cannot make it as fullwidth. You can make use of the 3rd party plugin, Ubermenu instead. You can install it in X > Validation > Extensions. To know more about uberMenu, please check this out:
