Disqus Comment not displaying

Hello,

I did not manage to get the disqus comments working on my website (pwd: E-MM). I activated the add-on and have done the setting but nothing happends. I am missing something? I have the following message “We were unable to load Disqus. If you are a moderator please see our troubleshooting guide.”

Your help would be appreciated to solve the problem.

You could also try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Thanks, I did indeed not complete the registration process. It’s now working.

That is right, you will need to finish the registration process in order to have the Disqus comment settings correctly setup.
