Demo Content Stuck at "Initializing"

I’m trying to install the “App” demo content, but the download hangs at “Initializing” and won’t proceed.

I’ve already attempted some of the troubleshooting suggestions, such as the one here to update the PHP config file:

So far, I have not been able to get past the initialization. Any suggestions? Is it possible to download a zip file of the “App” demo content and manually upload?

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully there is no .zip file to download and not possible for any manual upload of the demo. To assist you better with this issue, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look?

To do this, you can create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Hey Taylor,

I can confirm that the issue is happening when you import a demo content. There seems to be an error 500 during the import process. This could be cause by a PHP time out. Please increase PHP Max Time out to at least 300s. At the moment you only have 30s. You may need to ask further assistance from your hosting provider to be able to increase this value.
