There no such option in pro do design the login page!
For that you need custom development or plugins. We don’t have a official recommendation of any such plugins, but you can try searching in net.

Thanks for writing in! For the time being, Pro only comes with Header, Footer & Content builders. However we have an extension called white label which might suit your needs (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/extension-white-label/91). You can install it via Pro -> Validation section and see if that helps.

For further customizations, you may need to look into an alternative plugin or contact a developer to assist you with this request.
