Customizer Not Saving

Hey, I am having an issue with a new install of cornerstone & x theme. The customizer won’t save settings some of the time. Some of the time it still works.

On times it doesn’t save the changes, when I try to refresh the page it displays a message that says “Are you sure you want to leave before saving changes”.

Then it redirects me to a page that says “Cheatin’ uh? This changeset has already been published and cannot be further modified. Customize New Changes”

Any suggestions? The site is www.sintraswim.com
