Thank you for the credentials but It did not work, please check.
On that ticket, the thread starter confirmed that the issue is fixed. The issue there is a plugin conflict and it was resolved by updating to the most latest release. (X 5.2.2 and Cornerstone 2.1.3)

Remember to clear all caches after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
