Where can I find the title classic element. It is not in elements (and it cannot be duplicated).

If you are talking about the Headline, we have both Classic Headline and Headline elements.

I see this is demo files, when I click on a Section, at the top ot says This is a Classic Element and the options to edit are more basic compared to when I insert a new Section.

Is this normal?

Hi hellogriff,

I think you are talking about “Classic Sections” and how you create them? in this case you can simply press (Command button mac and Ctrl button on PC) while clicking on “Add Section” link, please check this screenshot:
