Cornerstone not loading previews - ongoing issue

Hi guys,

This is the same issue I’ve had many times before but am still not sure what’s causing it. A few months ago you fixed it for me (see the forum post here: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/cornerstone-preview-not-loading-on-most-pages/28005 ) and everything was fine for a while but it’s back again.

The issue is Cornerstone consistently not loading the previews of any of my website pages (getting the “The preview was unresponsive after loading. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing.” error message) meaning I’m unable to edit anything on my site which I need to do. I don’t have enough expertise in this stuff to be able to figure it out but I know I don’t have any cashing plugins active, and I’ve done all the troubleshooting recommendations like deactivating all plugins and reactivating them one by one etc but still in the same place as before. Could it potentially be an issue with my hosting provider/server? Any and all help is appreciated thanks.

Hi,

I checked your server info and all seems to be within the required limits but I can see that you are using old version of the theme.

Please <a href=“https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62”<>update your theme and cornerstone to latest version and see if the issue persist.

The latest version numbers are.

X 6.1.6
Cornerstone 3.1.6

Don’t forget to create full backup of your site before updating.
