ConvertPlus with Mailchimp

Hi,

I was given a suggestion on here of using ConvertPlus and Mailchimp. However it was saying “THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR REQUEST. Administrator has been notified already!” when I submit a test. Can you advise? My site is digitalnomadquest.com. Thanks!
