Convert Plus Plugin Update

The Convert Plus plugin is asking me to put in a PURCHASE CODE / LICENSE KEY in order to update the plugin. I tried using the Pro X key but that didn’t work. Help please.

There is no need to add a purchase code into ConvertPlug as we provide you with updates directly when X is validated. You can ignore the validation form from it.

I thought I had validated our X theme back in June.

Please try revoking your license and validating it again.

Please access your licenses dashboard at: https://theme.co/apex/licenses

Remove your URL and add it again.

Copy the license number and add to Wp Admin > X

Try to update the plugins again.

Even if you have validated X, the Convertplus plugin will still give you notifications in the plugins section when there is a new version of the plugin. When you try to update it, it will return package not available that is because when you try to update the plugin, you will be downloading the updates to our Theme.co plugins repository. Please be advised that be always test for theme compatibility before we push any new versions to our repository. We only push versions that are stable enough to the repository.
