Content missing within Pro builder (Header, Content, Footer) following update

Following the recent update of Pro theme. All content (excluding backgrounds) within the pro builder is missing/hidden. There are boxes to indicate that there is content in the sections, however this content is not displayed. As far as I can tell this has not affected the live site as nothing has changed when viewing it live, only from within the builder.

Any help on this issue would be much appreciated.

Hello Roy,

Thanks for writing in! You might be having some caching issue. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

And please clear your browser cache too. You may use private browsing mode in testing your site to make sure that you are viewing the latest codes from the updates and not the cached version in your browser.

If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:

Thank you for your quick response.

I have cleared the caches I can find, however nothing seems to have changed. So I have attached the details requested within a secure note.

Hi Roy,

I found out that it’s due to Typekit plugin, since you’re on latest version now, please use the built-in font manager feature instead of using Typekit plugin.

Within the font manager, you can add both google and typekit fonts.

Hi Roy,

I wonder if the problem is solved on your case? Just FYI, the new version 3.0.3 of the Pro theme fixes some minify problems with cache plugins, and it worths the update.
