Conflict with Frontend; template preview not showing up

Hello. I’m brand new to this theme and am awkwardly getting used to the header/template builder. I am attempting to change the colors of the background for the submenu links, but in the template builder/headers section, I’m not seeing the menu items. I’m getting a warning sometimes that says there is a “conflict with the frontend” and it doesn’t display anything. Sometimes, the layer slider and below shows up.

Could you take a look and see what in the world I’ve done wrong?

Since you are using the default header, you can change all the colors in the theme options. Please go to Pro > Launch > Theme Options > Integrity. Please check other sections too.
